(2) Calculation Method

The average daily Aum of the month is used to evaluate the customer, that is, the average daily deposit balance of the current month + the average daily investment of the current month

Calculation formula:

Average daily deposit balance for the current month = (the deposit balance of a certain account of the customer * Number of days in the current month)/30

Average daily investment for the current month = total investment of Σ customers/30.

Among them: total investment of funds and accounts = share * current net worth

The total investment of profit, income, and national debt is the actual balance held by the customer.

(3) Statistical Rules

Based on the customer's Aum observed for six consecutive months to determine the customer's level changes:

① The customer grade is evaluated based on the monthly Aum (daily average) of the current month, and the customer grade is immediately upgraded in line with the higher level standard. New customers directly grant the customer grade corresponding to the Aum. At this time, the customer status is normal.

② If the customer's Aum (daily mean) in the current month is lower than the original level standard and does not immediately downgrade, customers who fail to reach this standard in three consecutive months will be assessed as follow-up customers starting from 4th months. If Aum of the current month reaches the original or higher level, the customer will be removed.

③ Customers rated as concerned for three consecutive months will be downgraded from 4th months, and the system will automatically downgrade them to the customer level corresponding to the maximum value of AUM for six consecutive months, the Follow mark is canceled.
