How did this happen? To collect, sort out, and analyze the causes, we should at least have the following points:

1. website construction is all right!
Phenomenon: After an enterprise looks to the station to be built, the enterprise thinks that success is achieved, and is waiting to reap benefits. The service provider is busy collecting money and the collection is complete.

Essence: we know that the website itself has no value. Only when it is spread and integrated into the business activities of the enterprise can the website exert its value. This is like a product that has no value without being exchanged! Another example is that there is no one in the mountains, and there is no one in the deep alleys. Although there is no one who appreciates the wine or tastes it, their values will not be reflected. Therefore, after the website construction is complete, the whole website operation has taken the first step. Without taking every step in the future, the website operation will not receive the expected results.

The reason for this problem: Why is this problem most likely caused by service providers. Decision makers of most small and medium enterprises cannot understand or fully understand the significance and roles of websites in their business activities. Therefore, professional service providers are required to tell them how to use them. However, on the one hand, most service providers have limited levels of employees, while on the other hand, the focus is on how to quickly sign a ticket to collect money, therefore, the "Life and Death" of enterprise websites will be closed with one eye closed.

2. do not fully understand the status of the Enterprise
Phenomenon: service providers usually provide several packages to choose from based on different services, or ask you how much you want to make and then match the content. Few professionals propose solutions that truly meet the company's actual needs.

Essence: in fact, we know that in software development, demand analysis is the first condition for doing a good job in enterprise website construction. If the demand analysis is not done well, it means that medicine is prescribed without seeing a doctor or seeing a disease without seeing a disease. In addition, it will not only fail to receive good results, but it is also possible to recover to the dead.

The reason for this phenomenon: on the one hand, enterprise leaders do not know much about the Internet, and psychologically have a sense of exclusion, or they are making websites for websites, even some bosses have a fun mentality or people have done me a face-filling job, so it is difficult for them to calm down and discuss demand analysis, this means that the patient does not cooperate. On the other hand, the service provider's representative level is also uneven, and some are just graduated students, whether it is for the business operation, I don't know my major, so it is difficult to provide a suitable solution. This is a doctor's problem.

I think the related problems are as follows:
1. What is the purpose of your website creation?
Website creation is not for family planning, but some corporate CEOs are really inappropriate. One time, a business boss told me, "Listen to a friend and say that a website can be used by several salesmen !", After hearing this, I thought that the website is even better than people. In general, there should be the following purposes:
1). Advertisement for businesses, products, and brands
2) online sales of products and services
3) websites for public welfare services, such as the United Nations website
4) Publicize ideas, ideas, and undertakings
5) Service websites that provide dating or entertainment and video services
2. What if you want an independent domain name? Or is it used only in your company's lan? Or is it possible to apply for a free Domain Name and space?
3. Who do you mainly view this website? Industry and Commerce, male, female, old, few, students, customers, etc.
4. How big is your website? How can it be compared: Like Soho and eBay? Is it just a Web page like a business card?
5. What are the design features of this website? What are the requirements for color, logo, Webpage Browsing speed, and visual design? Is logon speed important? Wait, these are all ranking based on the priority of your needs, aren't they?
6. Do you need to promote your website after it is completed? How to promote it? Promotion plans include: update your company's business cards, add your website address, search engine registration, paid ads, news, emails, printing, and other methods
7. Do I need to invest in website production? How much is your website prepared for advertising? Or according to the customer's previous ideas, what is the possible budget? What is the difference from the customer's expectation? How can we balance these two points?
8. If you have invested, do you think this website has been produced? What is the expected output of the customer? Such as brand promotion, retail, online ordering, online business negotiation, and header ads. Or this is just a website that promotes the brand. What is the expected user clicks?

I think if I have answered the above questions, I think the ideas of the website will be clearer, I think the above questions can also be used as an outline for analyzing website requirements.
