Now we have an Excel table. We want to set cells B2, B3, and B4 to the part that can be modified. The rest cannot be modified.

1. Select the region (cells B2, B3, and B4) that can be modified, right-click, and select "set cell format" from the right-click menu ".

On the "protection" tab, remove the hook before "lock.

2. Click "tools" & rarr; "protection" & rarr; "protection worksheet" on the menu bar ".

Select "select unlocked cells" and enter the password twice.

Now let's test it.

Modify cells B2, B3, and B4.

Modify the C2 cell. The following figure is displayed in Excel, prompting you to modify the protected cell.

To remove the modification restriction of cell C2, choose tools> Protection> worksheet protection from the menu bar ".

In the displayed dialog box, enter the password you just set.

Now, the C2 cell data is successfully modified.
