How can I solve the Win8.1 app store suspension problem?

1. Press "Ctrl + Alt + Delete" on the keyboard at the same time, find "app store", and right-click to end the task, as shown below;

2. Right-click the Start menu and click "command prompt (administrator)" to open it;

 

3. In the displayed cmd box, enter net stop wuauserv and press enter;

4. After that, go back to C: \ Windows on the computer and delete the SoftwareDistribution folder, as shown in the following figure;

 

5. Then, enter net start wuauserv in cmd and press enter;

 

6. Right-click the Start menu in the lower-right corner of the desktop, open the Control Panel, select the large icon in the upper-right corner, and select troubleshooting;
 

7. Click "windows Update" under system and security as shown below to solve the problem;
 

 

8. Click Next. Then, on the windows Update page, click the following options ";

 

 

9. You will find that the application can be used normally.
