How do I enter the "§" section character in Word and set a shortcut key?
1. Open the Word document and switch to the "Insert" tab
2, in the rightmost "symbol", click the Drop-down menu, click the "Other Symbols" button, into the Setup Panel
3, and then the pop-up window, switch to the "Special characters" tab
4, in many special characters, you will find this "§" character, careful you will find word after the shortcut keys are not set
5, select this character, and then click on the "shortcut button." Go to the settings panel for §
6, in the pop-up window, in the "Press new shortcut key" in the text box, while pressing your own handy shortcut key combination (sample small and medium use is Alt+a), and then the text box can appear your own shortcut key combination
7, and then click the "Specify" button, the setting is successful
8, back to the Word edit page, press the shortcut key combination you just entered, to see if the setup succeeded?
Note:
1, we set the shortcut key to the class can be arbitrary, generally to facilitate their main, generally to 2 or 3 keys appropriate.
2, to note whether the shortcut keys and already existing shortcut key conflicts.
