How do I hide the menu of features in a Excel2007 worksheet?

A friend who is familiar with Excel will know that when you open the software, a menu of features appears above the table. Operation Steps

1, open the Excel software, at the top has a "Custom Quick Access Toolbar" Drop-down button, select to click, and then in the pop-up drop-down menu select "Ribbon minimized" command;

2, return to Excel you will see the menu in the Ribbon is hidden, when you need to click the tab will appear in the menu;
