How do i show all the formatting in a Word 2013 document

Typically, Word2013 documents include formatting such as font, font size, character spacing, and more. Users can view the formatting of the current Word document or selected text in the Display Formatting task pane. By default, the Show Formatting button does not appear in the Word2013 Ribbon. Users can place them in the Quick Access Toolbar, as described in the following procedure:

Step 1th, open the Word2013 document window, and click the file → options button, as shown in Figure 2013080209.

Step 2nd, in the Open Word Options dialog box, switch to the Quick Access Toolbar tab, click the Select commands from the Drop-down triangle button, and in the Drop-down menu, select the command not in the Ribbon option, as shown in Figure 2013080210.
