How do you automatically generate a table of figures in a Word document?
1, add caption: Open Word, to our chart with the corresponding caption, the cursor stay in the appropriate place, usually below the chart, and then select the Function tab of the reference--"insert caption, as shown."
2, click the Insert Caption, pop-up caption on the topic, we in the caption to enter our chart description or some other information, and then click OK, as shown.
3. So, the corresponding caption of our chart is added, as shown in the figure. In the same vein, we add captions to all the charts in Word that need to generate a table of figures.
4, if we modify or copy the past, we need to select the number, right-click, pop-up menu, click on the Update field, as shown.
