How does Photoshop have some plugin that appear outside the screen?

After loading too many plugin in Photoshop, the filter in PS may exceed the height of the window, and there is a way to do it, though it's a bit tricky. PS4 has a new feature that can search subdirectories and even shortcuts in plugins directories and automatically mount them. With this feature, you can divide your own plugin into groups of directories, and to invoke a group of plugin, simply create a shortcut to that group plugin directory in the plugins directory.
