Excel 2010 improves data filtering by leveraging its All-new search filter users to quickly search for target data from large datasets with only a small amount of time.
Operation Steps:
1. On the Open Excel 2010 worksheet, switch to the Data tab, and in the Arrange and filter Options group, click the Filter button to enable cell filtering, as shown in Figure 1:
2, you can filter the data by clicking the Filter button on the Title field, and then by canceling or selecting a check box in the Drop-down list, as shown in Figure 2:
3, unlike earlier versions, there is a "search" text box in the Drop-down list, which is the new search filter in Excel 2010, which allows us to intelligently filter the corresponding data and enter keywords in this text box to intelligently search for the target data. You can enter a single word or number you want to find to complete the search, as shown in Figure 3:
