How PowerPoint makes an electronic album

PowerPoint is one of the many software tools that can make electronic albums, and the biggest advantage of PowerPoint over other professional software is simplicity.

PowerPoint provides us with a handy and useful photo album feature, but probably few people know about it. With the photo album feature, we can easily make our own photos or favorite pictures into presentations and become a beautiful electronic album.

The advantage of using PowerPoint to make an electronic photo album is that we don't have to bother to set the size, style, and descriptive text of each photo as before, because there's already a ready-made layout set in the album, so we just need to insert a picture!

First, create an electronic album:

Start PowerPoint First, and then open the album dialog box by performing the picture → new album command under the Insert menu. We first select the source of the photo, because we have already put the photo in the computer, so click the File/Disk button here.

Next, in the "Insert new Picture" dialog box, select the picture file you want to insert into the album, and then click the Insert button to complete the import operation. You can use the SHIFT key or the CTRL key to select multiple picture files and insert them together in the album.

Back in the album dialog box, now we need to design the album layout as our favorite style.
