Sometimes we sort data in Excel by "rows," but later we find that sorting by column is more convenient than "row," and you want to copy the data from a row to a column, how do we do that? In fact, this kind of thing is often encountered in the tabulation, if you do not use a little skill, pure manual one to copy, it is too waste of time. Here's how you can implement to copy a column of data into a row in Excel2003.
The steps are as follows:
① First, select the row data and copy it;
② the mouse to the cell where you want to start from a column, as in the following figure, I want to start with cell A3;
③ Click Edit in the menu bar and select Paste Selective in the pop-up menu.
④ the most "transpose" in the pop-up "paste-only" window, and finally clicks the OK button.
