In fact, it is still a little early to use vista. It is not a habit, but the software on the platform is not that rich.
Recently, after successfully upgrading the system to Windows Vista, I often receive the following error message: "IE has encountered a problem and needs to be disabled ." In Windows Xp, the browser is well used. How can this problem be solved in Vista? After a hard work, we finally got it done.
In fact, Windows Vista does have some compatibility issues. We can try to run the system file check program to check whether it can find and replace the problematic file. The procedure is as follows:
1. Click Start"
2. In the input box, click "cmd.exe"
3. Right-click the title bar of the command window and select "Run as administrator ".
4. Type A command in the command prompt and press enter to execute it.
Sfc/scannow
Here, we need to talk about the sfc command. Sfc can scan all protected system files and replace the incorrect version with the correct Microsoft version.
The format is as follows:
SFC [/SCANNOW] [/SCANONCE] [/SCANBOOT] [/REVERT] [/PURGECACHE] [/CACHESIZE = x]
The meanings of each option parameter are as follows:
/SCANNOW immediately scans all protected system files. This option is used in the above operation.
/SCANONCE scans all protected system files at next startup.
/SCANBOOT scans all protected system files at each startup.
/REVERT returns the scan to the default settings.
/PURGECACHE clears the File Cache.
/CACHESIZE = x sets the File Cache size.
In short, this program provides us with a certain degree of protection to effectively protect the system.
5. At this time, the file check program is started. The following screen is displayed. 1:
Figure 1
If the system finds that your system file has been damaged or replaced, the following window is displayed. 2:
Figure 2
Follow the instructions on the screen until the installation of the original file ends.
Of course, if this method still cannot stabilize your browser, you may need to remove the relevant plug-ins until you find the problem.
