Communication Rule 1: Establish a sound communication mechanism

In my opinion, there are two communication mechanisms:

The first is the clearly defined communication that we can meet at the initial stage of the project or before the project starts to run, such as various meetings in the agile framework, releaseplan, iterationplan, and dailystandup. There are weekly meetings with customers and clarification meetings for requirements.

The second is the communication problem that we temporarily join in the project operation. We also need to establish a communication mechanism for such problems. For example, if a project is running and suddenly joins a third-party partner, how can we communicate?

Communication Rule 2: Define the contact person



During project operation, the increasing number of personnel not only increases, but also the personnel of different roles and departments are added to the project, which makes communication more and more difficult. No one even knows who to find.

Rule 4: Establish a good communication platform

This is relatively easy. In fact, we need to establish a good communication environment for everyone, such as setting up a project QQ group and a company email group, of course, it also includes the establishment of Review review mechanisms and platforms.

Finally, we reference the formula: Interpersonal Communication = 7% language + 38% voice + 55% body language. Use the most direct method, the clearest words, and the best speed to express your views.
