How to create a custom path animation in PowerPoint 2013
1. Select the object on the slide, click the Add Animation button in the Advanced Animation group on the Animation tab, and select the Custom path option in the Open Drop-down list, as shown in Figure 1.

2, at this point, the mouse pointer changes to 10, click the start of the path in the slide, and then hold down the left mouse button, click the Create inflection point at the appropriate location, draw to the end path after drawing to the end of the path, and the animation will preview once, and the path to be drawn is displayed in
Figure 2 shows the path drawn on the slide
3. Hold down the left mouse button to drag the handle on the path border to adjust the length and width of the path, such as here to the right drag the control handle to the right side of the path to change the path to the end of the path to lengthen, as shown in Figure 3.

4, right click on the path, select the Open shortcut menu, "edit vertices" command, the vertex is in edit state. Hold down the left mouse button to drag the handles on either side of the vertex to modify the shape of the line, as shown in Figure 4. Right-click on the vertex of the path, select the smooth curve command from the pop-up shortcut menu to convert the vertex from a corner vertex to a smooth vertex, and then drag the control handle on the vertex to modify the path shape, as shown in Figure 5.

Attention
After you cancel the vertex editing state, you can drag the path directly to change the path's position on the slide. Right-clicking on the path, selecting the Close Path command on the shortcut menu will make the drawn path a closed path, and selecting the reverse Path Direction command reverses the direction of the path.
