. Open the app Store on the device.
2. Find a free application in the app Store.
3. Important Information: You must press "free" to purchase free applications before proceeding to the next step.

4. Tap "Create New Account".
5. You need to read and agree to the "iTunes Store terms and conditions". Gently press "agree" at the bottom of the page to continue.
6. Select your country/region, and then press Finish.
