Word is a very good word processing software, its powerful word processing and table editing features to our work brings a lot of convenience, but word is always "unrequited". Enter a URL or email address in the document and automatically set it as a hyperlink; in the text entry process, some words appear in the bottom of the text inexplicably red or green wavy lines, prompt input statements exist spelling and grammatical errors. These "romantic" behavior is sometimes really make people laugh and cry, then, we come together to say declined word "romantic" bar.
First, turn off automatic hyperlink creation
When you enter URLs or e-mail addresses in your document, Word automatically sets them to hyperlinks, and the underline appears below each hyperlink, and this extra underline when you print the document affects how the document will print, and we can remove the underline while maintaining the hyperlink. Select the hyperlink in the document, click format → style, and the system opens the Style dialog box, select Hyperlink in the Styles list and click the Change button, and in the Change Style dialog box, click the Format button and select Font in the Drop-down menu, and the system pops up font dialog box, in the Font dialog box, click the Drop-down box for the Underline item and select (None) (Figure 1) and click OK to remove the underline below the hyperlink. If you want to turn off the automatic hyperlinks feature completely, click tools → AutoCorrect options, pop up the AutoCorrect window, switch to the AutoFormat As You Type tab, and remove the "√" in the check box "Internet and network paths are replaced by hyperlinks" (Figure 2).

Second, turn off spelling and grammar check function
When you edit a document in Word, a red or green wavy line appears below some text in the document, which is the spelling and grammar checker of Word, which is primarily a spelling and grammar check of text typed by the user, which is checked in real time by default, and red wavy lines indicate spelling errors. The green wavy line indicates that there is a problem with the grammar, this feature has no practical meaning in the Chinese character entry process and can be closed. Click the Tools button on the menu bar to perform the Options command in the Drop-down menu. Open the Options dialog box, switch to the spelling and Grammar tab, and then turn off the spelling and grammar checker by clicking "√" in the check boxes in the "spelling errors in hidden documents" and "grammatical errors in hidden documents" (Figure 3). tags in the document that indicate spelling and grammatical errors-red and green wavy lines disappear immediately.

Third, turn off the automatic add numbering feature
When you use Word to edit a document, if you first enter a number to indicate number, and then input a paragraph, press ENTER, then the document will automatically add a number, although this feature can automatically add numbers for the article, but in practical use is not satisfactory, you can turn it off. Click tools → AutoCorrect options, open the AutoCorrect window, switch to the AutoFormat As You Type tab, and turn off the automatic numbering feature by removing "√" from the "AutoNumber list" check box (Figure 4).

After this setting, Word will never "romantic", the work interface seems more refreshing.
