How to insert a sound file into a PPT slide

1. Open a test ppt document.

2. In the open ppt document, click "Insert" in the menu.

3. In the insert drop-down list, we will see a video and sound click to enter.

4. Click "file sound", as shown in the following figure.

5. Click "file sound" to bring up the dialog box. In the pop-up window, find the music file you want to add and press OK.

6. After insertion, we will see a small speaker in the ppt. Click it to play the video.

7. Okay. You can insert images and videos as well.
