Method/Step

Since I am using Foxit Reader, I use this software as an example to describe the process of converting PDFs to Word and manual typesetting. First of all, the PDF text has the following two kinds of situation, a magnified text is not very standard, one is the standard font typesetting, now the reader's text selection function can basically be identified, but the second accuracy is significantly higher than the first kind. So first we recommend that you use a PDF of the second effect to do the conversion.

Create a new Word document. Set up a good format (in the conversion process suggested step-by-step, especially if there is a picture of the situation, the picture of many cases of word typesetting is easy to problem so suggest a paragraph, as to how the step-by-step, and then see)

Click the T-word button, this is the text Selection tool, click on the mouse to select the text section will be highlighted. Then right-click to copy the paragraph. (You can copy the text first, but the formula and so on will be garbled to recommend multiple copies or copy and then delete)

Paste the text into Word. After pasting you will find that the document format is very messy, there are a lot of enter how to deal with it. First click on the Replace button and enter ^p. If the input can not be a half corner of the input method does not switch (please switch to the English input method Half-width) Replace the inside all do not fill, and then replace All.

Now the carriage return is gone, the entire document has not been the paragraph has become a whole regiment. Click Replace at this time, enter two spaces above, enter ^p and two spaces below (if you do not know the input ^p so click More in special format to find the paragraph mark to select it)

If the replacement of the result is not replaced, in the input space, the input method to the half corner of the corner.

And notice that I'm talking about two spaces behind this ^p. Then select Replace All.

Then the paragraph comes out, and then the font format is set, and the text stage is set.

Then you can work with the picture in the document, click the Camera tool in the reader, then box the picture, and right-click the picture (the more complex formula suggests using the Save Picture method to copy directly to the text to identify without formatting and easily garbled). Then paste the picture in the corresponding position in Word. (in order to start from beginning to end, once completed, otherwise it will be troublesome)

Double-click the picture, in the layout of the picture to change into four carefully row can be set up the position of the picture freely. If you don't want the picture to be left or right, enter a series of carriage returns until the carriage return exceeds the picture area. And then you can get the document into Word.

Although the workload is much larger, but the guarantee than the software turned to be more practical. Of course, the specific situation of specific analysis, typesetting very simple PDF, with tools can be quickly and easily completed.
