How to save custom cell formatting in Excel 2013
1. Select the cells in the worksheet that you want to save, click the Cell Styles button in the Styles group under the Start tab, and select the new cell style option in the Open Drop-down list, as shown in Figure 1.

2, open the Style dialog box, enter the name of the style in the Style name text box, and select the included style in the Include Style column, as shown in Figure 2. Click the OK button to close the dialog box to save the cell style.

Attention
If you don't select a range of cells, you can also click the Format button to open the Format Cells dialog box to set the number, alignment, and fill effects, and so on to create a custom cell format.
3. Select a cell in the worksheet, click the cell Style button, and in the Drop-down list that opens, click the Custom cell formatting option that you just created, which is applied to the cell, as shown in Figure 3.
