Battery aging
After the battery is used for a period of time, the battery will produce loss, which will cause the internal power to gradually decrease, and may cause the charge to fail to reach 100%. In this case, battery calibration is generally required, battery re-correction can improve. The operating method is to use the random built-in power management software, which has a battery calibration, after the operation is completed, it will take a long time. You can also perform manual operations without the power management software.
Manual operationYes: it is always used at startup, and features such as standby, sleep, and sleep are canceled. Let the battery power be automatically shut down, and charge the battery for more than 12 hours after shutdown, and charge and discharge the battery completely. In this way, the battery can be restored to the optimal state as much as possible. Of course, if the battery is really aging, there is no way to do this operation.
Power management software and drivers
Because the battery is controlled by a power management chip, the driver and management software must be installed. At the same time, battery charging management is now added to the power management software. Therefore, check whether the power management settings are correct. The following is a screenshot of two different versions of power management:

Maximum battery duration: The maximum battery duration in this mode. At the same time, the battery will be charged to 100%. Please note that this mode cannot optimize the cycle life of the battery.
Optimal Battery life: if you use a power adapter, but only occasionally use a battery, the battery is often in the 100% status, but the lifetime decay speed will increase. In this mode, the battery can be recharged to 60% to improve the attenuation of the cell, prolong the battery life, and better protect your battery. Therefore, this mode is set. It cannot be up to 100%.
Power Management 7.0
If the battery maintenance mode is set here, the power cannot be fully charged to 100%.
Therefore, if the battery cannot be filled to 100%, make sure that the battery charging mode is correct.
