How to troubleshoot an error when loading flash9.ocx

How can this problem be solved?

Method 1:
Register the following DLL files again. Click "start" and "run" on the desktop ":
Regsvr32 shdocvw. dll
Regsvr32 shell32.dll (note this command)
Regsvr32 oleaut32.dll
Regsvr32 actxprxy. dll
Regsvr32 mshtml. dll
Regsvr32 urlmon. dll

Note: you do not need to enter the second command. After these commands are entered, restart Windows. If the command is invalid, re-enter the second command.

Method 2:
If an error occurs when you use the method to register regsvr32 oleaut32.dll or re-register it, the error is invalid.
Extract the oleaut32.dll file from the Windows CD and overwrite the existing file with WinRAR in the mdac_ie5.cab package.

Method 3:
Flash9.ocx loading failure may also be caused by the comctl32.dll file. This file may be replaced when IE or Windows is upgraded. Maybe the new version of comctl32.dll has a bug.
Find a Windows installation CD, search for it, find a file named comctl32.dl _, copy it, use WinRAR to extract the file as a comctl32.dll file, and overwrite the existing file.

Method 4:
If you are too troublesome, another clever method is to install the flash 8 plug-in before installing the Flash 9 plug-in.
1. 1. Uninstall the previously installed Flash 9 plug-in and use the following anti-Installation tool;

Uninstall_flash_player.exe
2. then reinstall the flash 8 plug-in;
3. Finally, install the Flash 9 plug-in;
4. Restart IE and then OK.

Method 5:
There is another straw, that is, reinstalling windows. However, it seems a bit uneconomical to reinstall the system for such a small mistake. So try the previous method.
