I have been doing HR full-time recruitment for several years. Recently, I feel that this topic is getting hotter and hotter. From the HR perspective, I will talk about some questions about recruitment interviews, do your best to give some suggestions to friends who need it.

First question: your role in the interview

There is always a conflict between the recruiter and the applicant. There is no doubt, but is it not a cooperative relationship? Imagine which of the following companies does not want to find a suitable candidate quickly and accurately, which candidate does not want to get a job opportunity through the interview as soon as possible to complete another leap in his career?

Therefore, we should never start to think that HR is on the opposite side of you. If you stand in the wrong team, your interview will basically end. Because you will do your best to avoid problems that you think may affect your work, rather than showing your abilities, therefore, the most important job in the interview is performance, rather than avoiding (to show not to cover !)

Most candidates will prepare for the interview, read a lot of interview experience, and I will also (HR is not silly, of course, wondering how the other party will deal with the interview ). One of these so-called face-to-face problems is that you need to make up for your shortcomings. In fact, this is a big misunderstanding. For example, many of my recent graduates talked with me about their work experience, and even those who typed in at a Taobao store all spoke like a project management project;

On the other hand, those who graduated from the secondary school and worked for two or three years have always liked to say that they are studying for their own undergraduate courses, and they will soon get a diploma from ** University ...... In fact, these are basically useless. Think about it. Why did the company ask you to come for an interview? If I need a resume from a recent graduate who has work experience, what do I want you to do for an interview? I am looking for a master student with a high degree of education. In this year, my undergraduate master students are flying all over the sky. I have asked you to come to the interview. It must have been a long time and I have sent a message!

Therefore, the most important thing in the interview is to show your strengths, rather than making up for your weaknesses. Because companies employ people only for their strengths, they are not looking for three good students, but not looking for excellent talents!
