After a long time, I finally got this done. This is relatively simple. follow the steps below and there will be no problems, and basically no configuration is required.
1. Download eclipse for C ++ and find the address by yourself (it is not recommended to install it on the terminal. Note that it is eclipse for C ++)
2. because eclipse is specially prepared for Java, you have to write down a series of Java things, JDK and JRE. If you want to develop Java later, you don't have to worry about it.
Enter Java-version on the terminal. The version prompt is displayed, indicating that there is no problem.
3. Open eclipse, and add under install new software under help to intentionally specify the default one, indigo-http://download.eclipse.org/releases/indigo, and select
Eclipse CVS Client
Eclipse egit
Eclipse jgit
Mylyn context *** C ++ Development
Mylyn context *** Eclipse IDE
Mylyn context *** team support (including four lines)
Mylyn wikitext
Mylyn Bridge: C/C ++ Development
Eclipse C/C ++ Development
Eclipse C/C ++ Development SDK
Personal suggestion: I chose all the items related to c ++. I didn't finish the selection here, because I couldn't see them when I went in again. I don't know what's going on, so I know a few of them. These are the main ones, and some may have been installed. If you are afraid of errors, you should choose to go to them, then take a nap, and then wake up. Next is next. I will not talk about it. There is still a problem with restarting eclipse.
4. Note: Remember to install the necessary C ++ tools. Install a series of development tools such as GCC tool chain and make. The command is as follows:
Sudo apt-Get install build-essential
Then there should be no problem. If you have any questions, restart eclipse and try again.
