Interview Series: transfer and transfer files-the most depressing day

Today, the archive relationship is to transfer the archive from zhongzhi company to FESCO in Zhongguancun. It is actually a very simple task, but I still haven't completed the whole day, really depressing. on this day, I started from the West second flag chengtie, went to Zhongguancun twice, went to Guanghua Road twice (International trade), and finally ran to the ground. I am exhausted by subway addiction. why? I first went to zhongzhi to get the archive in Zhongguancun. When they arrived, they said they could only store the archive here. Everyone's Archive was at Guanghua Road, so I went to Guanghua Road and completed the transfer of the archive from Guanghua Road, back to FESCO in Zhongguancun, the young man there was really serious. I found two chapters in my archive were not covered. If I didn't fill them up, I wouldn't be able to accept them. One of these two chapters was from Guanghua Road headquarters, I graduated from the first company, so I had to go back to Guanghua Road to stamp the official seal, and then go to the home technology park to find the original company. I learned that the company's official seal could not be stamped at any time, it takes two hours to cover the case. But today, I still cannot send the archive back. I have already finished my work. it's really a tough task.

 

To sum up, I don't want to complain. Of course, I am not flexible enough, but I feel that my current work efficiency and service spirit are really ......, first, there are many people who need to handle the business. The clerks often handle several things at the same time. The multi-thread mechanism naturally won't provide good services. In addition, I am not diligent in asking questions; second, the process requires a lot of chapters, which are very cumbersome. If the clerk needs to stamp a sentence, I need to turn the whole city of Beijing into two circles. Obviously, they are service companies. How do they always feel like grandchildren, I have never seen anything in the archive.

Last but not least, it's just a matter of white. It's easier to make yourself smarter and more useful.
