There are three main MATLAB genetic algorithm toolboxes:
1. gaot toolbox: this is a free toolbox circulating on the Internet. There are a lot of information about it on the Internet. It is not included in the MATLAB software, but can be configured and used by yourself. Chapter 5 of "Matlab 6. x-Assisted Optimization Computing and design" prepared by the Apsara technology product R & D center introduces the use of the gaot Genetic Algorithm Toolbox.
2. gatbx toolbox: The gatbs toolbox developed by the University of Sheffield in England, which is not included in the MATLAB software. Lei Yingjie compiled the MATLAB Genetic Algorithm Toolbox and its application, and describes its usage.
3. gads Toolkit: MATLAB 7.0 contains this toolkit. This toolkit was not available in previous versions of MATLAB. Lei Yingjie compiled the MATLAB genetic algorithm toolkit and Its Application to introduce the use of this toolkit.
It is said that the gads toolbox provided by MATLAB is better in terms of visualization.
Gaot and gatb have their download link on the left of my blog homepage.
