iphone DFU Brush Machine after imessage cannot use (has activated, cannot send and receive) solution

My iPad4 and iPhone5 are so, just start not know what is the reason, find a lot of posts, some people say is DFU brush machine before the cancellation imessage caused. Both imessage and FaceTime can be activated (both the number and the Apple ID are available), but they cannot send and receive imessage and can be FaceTime. Or ask the friends to help!

First, set---information---imessage confirm whether it is open.

Second, set up---information---send and accept the inside of the mailbox and cell phone number to confirm whether tick.
Third, turn off the imessage and then turn on reactivate, try to send, no words, shutdown restart reactivate again send try, do not click Set-General-Restore-Restore network settings! Then reactivate the Apple ID.
