The book I was reading is a book about defining problems, analyzing problems and solving problems by famous American thinker Donnald Gauss, "is your lamp still on?"
The book is divided into 6 themes, each subject has a number of lively and interesting and cautionary stories as the main line, through the story of the actual problem solved, the author of the problem in the field of the important point of view.
The book says: "The problem is actually the difference between what you expect and what you experience." When we encounter problems, we should understand what the problem is, rather than rush to find a solution to the problem. Sometimes we can find a way, but it may not apply to this problem. In our work and life, we often make mistakes that distort the definition of the problem, and explain and translate the problem by ourselves, which leads to the solution of the problem as the definition of the problem. resulting in a series of subsequent errors.
The book also tells us: we can never be sure that we have the right definition, but we can never give up the effort to find it, because there is never a "final Solution" on the way to solve the problem.
Although this book is a book related to our profession, but it is full of philosophy of life, this book really has a great help to our life.
