If they cannot be so user-friendly, they should also tell the customer, check whether the company's website has a new version released.

4: this is also very important for the revision of new functions. After each upgrade, the user most wants to know what has changed, which bugs have been modified, and which features have been added, in this way, the user is very comfortable.

However, the upgrade is not just so far, because each product upgrade by the R & D department serves not only direct customers but the following customers:

1: Testing Department: product quality assurance, testing the upgrade function, and testing the overall function.

2: Technical Department: Technical Service Guarantee, directly providing technical support to customers.

3: Sales Department: Ensure the marketing level, and understand product changes and the impact on sales.

4: CUSTOMERS: Increase the business value of products to users.
