5.How to manage knowledge portals?

Go to Management Panel---Knowledge Portal management. You can add or modify a knowledge portal and go to the Management Console.---Portal Knowledge System Management: You can add or modify the Knowledge System in the portal (that is, tree-based knowledge classification)

6.What is the knowledge portal permission?

The knowledge portal has three permissions: full disclosure, Department disclosure, and personal private. Full disclosure means that the knowledge portal can be used by all users; Department disclosure means that the knowledge portal can only be used by users in the departments where the knowledge portal creator is located; private means that this knowledge portal can only be used by the creator.
