1. Familiar with the development process of RUP and XP, proficient in software design principles and design patterns, accustomed to refactoring, familiar with UML and related tools, and proficient in using design tools such as Rose and Visio;

2. c ++ basics, algorithm basics, familiarity with MFC, STL, and template programming;

3. proficient in VC ++ and 2010 Development Environment;

4. proficient in ATL and wtl, familiar with COM, etc. Various filters can be developed based on DirectX;

5. proficient in network and multi-thread programming, familiar with HTTP, RTSP, sip, RTP/RTCP, and other network protocols;

6. Good programming style and technical documentation skills;
