1. tar-zxvf apache-maven-3.2.5-bin.tar.gz

(Extract)

2. vi/etc/profile

(Open the file, edit the file, add the following variables at the end of the file, edit the file, Press ESC to exit the editing, and enter: wq or: x to save and Exit)

3. source/etc/profile

(To make the changes to the profile take effect, I do not know if this step is required, sometimes the execution is not executed. It seems that the operation has succeeded)

 

4. mvn-v
