I asked the Project Manager Ys and the Technical Manager cc of project team l, and asked the customer if they had reached a consensus on the change work and whether the customer had "paid" for the change ". The answer is that we have reached a consensus with the customer to add the current change to the next project.

I further inquired about the company's workload statistics website, and the workload of their current project is reported to the project. The answer is whether the workload is reported in the current project.

Analysis:

Their requirements and suggestions are as follows:

1. One day, I chatted with Project Manager h during dinner and talked about the work of H's project. h told me that I was busy recently and I had worked a lot overtime. I was surprised at the time. I asked h why, because I saw the weekly workload of the project on the workload statistics website, which is within the normal range ?!

H told me that the department manager told h that the project's workload is beyond the original scope and the project's goals have not been met several times, the company's upcoming bonus policy will fail to evaluate the project's objectives several times. So,If we work overtime, we will not include project team members into the workload statistics website.

I told h:

2. Even if the company has such a bonus policy, is it necessary to compress the Project Manager h and the project team to complete the work that would have taken 50 people a month, so don't settle for project overtime ?!
3. We need to see that if the project target is reported to the management center several times but cannot be achieved multiple times, it is possible that the estimated target is inaccurate, it is also possible that the goal has no consensus basis;
4. This is because"Loyal", "seeking truth from facts", and "speaking with data"There is no consensus on the management philosophy of the project manager. What is the basis for their compensatory leave? What is the basis for project bonuses when considering more contributions?

This case tells us that "speaking with data" does not emphasize and execute when I am a manager or is favorable to me. Without these foundations, we are joking about what is the difference between GCD leaders shoot their heads and shoot their thighs.

These are the basis of management and measurement. We should be able to understand that if there is a problem with basic data, what about upper-Layer Management ?!
