What is a designated customer service
A company in the use of marketing QQ customer service may belong to different positions, such as sales, pre-sales Consulting, after-sale and so on, set the designated customer service, customers in the Open session window will receive all the customer Service list, customers can choose customer service to accept services.
Specifies that the customer service function is opened in the Settings menu (Figure 1).

In the specified customer service function, the enterprise can select "Assign to Person" or "assign to group" according to the actual needs (Figure 2).

Set "designated to customer service", customers open the conversation window on QQ, will receive a list of customer service (Figure 3), if the check selected "Do not show off-line customer service", the offline work number in the Client QQ session window will not be displayed (Figure 2).

If you set the "Assign to Customer Service Group" (Figure 4), a personal QQ user will receive a grouped list (Figure 5).

The customer service group here can be added in the Settings > System settings > Customer Service Group (Figure 6), you can double-click a record in "Marketing QQ Settings > System settings > Employee Management" (Figure 7) to modify the grouping and display names of each customer service (Figure 8).

When you open the specified customer service, you can also choose to set a long time not responding to prompts. Long-time response to the prompt function is mainly used for a long time does not respond to customer service to be prompted, in the customer service can not be timely to receive customers to allow customers to choose customer service, can help customer service to better receive customers, to avoid long waiting for customers, help enterprises improve service quality.
Whether you set "assign to customer service" or set "assign to customer service group", you can set up a long, unresponsive prompt (Figure 2 and Figure 4). Check "If the 15-minute customer service is not responding, allow customers to reassign customer service", that is, open a long time does not respond to prompts. In the Drop-down box, you can select a response time, which defaults to 15 minutes.
Note: When an exclusive customer is turned on, the long response prompt does not take effect.
Long-time unresponsive prompts can be divided into two situations according to the offline and non-offline status of customer service:
When customer service is not offline, the customer does not respond to the client before the time set, and will receive a prompt (Figure 9). If the customer responds immediately after receiving the prompt, the prompt disappears.

The customer will receive a prompt to reassign customer service if the customer has not responded to the prompt and has exceeded the set time (Figure 10).

Customer clicks on "Select other customer Service", will be based on the designated customer service settings under the prompts to receive a customer service list or group list, default does not show offline customer service or grouping. If the designated customer Service Set "Assign to Customer service", receive a list of customer service (Figure 11), when the designated customer Service Set "Assign to customer service Group", then receive a customer service Group list (Figure 12).

When the customer is offline, the client opens a chat window with the customer service and receives a prompt to reassign the customer service (Figure 13).

Customer clicks on "Select other customer Service", will be based on the designated customer service settings under the prompts to receive a customer service list or group list, default does not show offline customer service or grouping. If the designated customer Service Set "Assign to Customer service", receive a list of customer service (Figure 11), when the designated customer Service Set "Assign to customer service Group", then receive a customer service Group list (Figure 12).
Customer successful selection of other customer service, will automatically close the original customer service and the client's session, and in the original Customer service window in the lower right corner pop-up prompts (Figure 14), if the original customer service is not online, the next time the login pop-up.

The customer service group here can be added in the Setup-system Setup-Customer service Group (Figure 6), where you can modify the grouping of each customer service (Figure 7) and the display name (Figure 8) in "set =" System settings = "Employee Management".
