Microsoft Bi pioneer (windbi) Conference and business intelligence lecture

Two days ago, ziliang (DAI ziliang) sent me a text message, today, the Microsoft Bi pioneer conference and two technical lectures on business intelligence and data mining will be held in the yongyu le conference hall of Kingsoft on the 20 th Floor of baiyan building, my former colleagues, Jin Ligang and Wang rutao, are both senior lecturers and practitioners in the field of business intelligence in China, I was gradually interested in business intelligence and data mining only when I was influenced by the three of them.

I have been reading books and materials in this area recently, but I am only interested in it. I personally think that business intelligence is still promising in China. After all, it has experienced a data accumulation period and many enterprises in China already have a large amount of data, in addition, many enterprises are already or are preparing to participate in global competition. As a leader, there is a need for more accurate, faster, and more effective methods to help enterprises improve their competitiveness. Although business intelligence cannot make decisions for the enterprise's leadership, excellent business intelligence solutions can provide more favorable decision-making bases for decision makers, creating an excellent business intelligence solution is the goal and pursuit of our developers.

Today's meeting gave me the first impression that ziliang was a good talent in organizing, planning, and speaking! He first introduced the "Microsoft Bi pioneer" website and seven core management members, and then spoke freely with about 40 friends at the conference, which mobilized the atmosphere on site, about 40 attendees introduced themselves one by one, gained a better understanding of each other, and found like-minded friends. I have observed that most of these friends work in areas related to business intelligence and data mining, or closely related to database management and hope to improve their technical skills through learning, most of them have work experience, and only one of them is a graduate student. It is worth mentioning that five more ladies are coming today, I thought there were very few girls in this field, but I did not expect it to be "Women can also top half the sky "!

The first lecture is a bi introduction and example presentation provided by Lao Jin. I am familiar with Lao Jin. I used to work with a company and have worked on projects in this area. He is a cool role in this field. He once talked about a lot of courses on msdn webcast and once won awards from Microsoft and the company for the highest score, this gentleman is very sincere and kind. He is definitely a good man in the new century, and he deserves to make friends. I have never met him for almost half a year. I am very happy to meet my friends today.

Laojin not only has a wealth of teaching experience, but also rich experience in project design, development and implementation. His lectures can be said to be very professional, but they are professional, the explanation is quite mobile, especially the demonstration results from a real project that he will show to you later, which will surprise some people in the place, the new data presentation technology makes boring data information in the past not only vivid, but even popular! This keeps me focused on software development in the past. Beginners who are new to data mining are more interested in this field!

The next step is Old Wang, who is a low profile and decent style. I know that he has always been focused on the data mining field and has a strong interest in software development. I have talked to him many times. I feel that he not only has a wide range of knowledge, but also is very modest and studious, it's strange that such a person has no accomplishments! Like Mr. Lakin, he is a special lecturer at the msdn gold medal and has rich teaching experience. In the face of today's "small scenes", of course, he is quite comfortable. Lao Wang gave a lecture on data mining, explaining a lot of related knowledge and algorithms in the data mining field one by one. In combination with his previous lectures, he can understand what business intelligence goals are and what effects can be achieved in those scenarios, at the same time, we can find the solution and direction from the theoretical level.

It is worth mentioning that the atmosphere at the scene is very active today. In the past, with my experience, a group of Chinese people, especially those who are not familiar with each other, the atmosphere of sitting in a meeting is often very dull. The difference today is that, especially during free discussions, the atmosphere is always very relaxed and active, and questions and speeches are very active and enthusiastic, I can't wait to take all the old gold cameras. Oh, by the way, my main job today is to take photos, but I didn't introduce myself because I was taking photos when I introduced myself, I am not one of the seven core members, so I am not in the scope of ziliang's introduction. So today I become a non-editor, haha!

In general, the effect of today's gathering is very good, and we hope to have more and better lectures in the future! After listening to the wonderful explanations from old Jin and Old Wang, I have a deeper understanding and understanding of Bi and data mining.
