Modify the default 172.17 CIDR block of docker

When docker is started, 172.17.x.x is used as the container IP Address by default. You can use the following method to customize the CIDR Block:

  1. Sudo service docker stop
  2. Run the route-N command to check whether docker0 exists. If yes, delete it first. sudo IP link del docker0
  3. Sudo docker -- BIP = "10.1.42.1/16"-d

After docker is started, assign an IP address to the container using the new CIDR block.
