Msn8.0 was officially launched for Public Beta. During the use process, I summed up some experiences that I did not dare to share with you.

Shielding annoying pop-up operations

When a friend thinks that we haven't spoken back for a long time or wants to attract our attention, the friend often uses the pop-up screen function to flash our display screen. However, if we suddenly receive a pop-up screen when we are immersed in our work, we will be scared and distracted, and we will often blame our friends. In fact, we can completely disable this function. Just open the "options" Window of MSN and click the "message" tab item on the left, remove the check box (1) Before "allow sending or receiving transient screen vibrations", so that friends cannot send a transient screen to us.

Similarly, we can cancel the automatic playback of "chuanqing Animation" and "audio editing, you only need to remove the check box before "automatically play after receiving the animated file" and "automatically play after receiving the audio clip. In addition, if you do not frequently use the handwriting function, you can also delete the "handwriting" tab item in the chat window, as long as you select the check box at the bottom of the window before "show 'handler' label in the dialog window", the "handwriting" label is not displayed in the chat window.

Enjoy free automatic Avatar change

I have previously introduced in computer fans that QQ can automatically change the Avatar, but this function is only available to QQ paying members. In fact, this function can be used free of charge in MSN, you only need to install the latest MSN shell plug-in.

Click the "shell/slide Avatar" menu in the QQ menu, and select the check box before "enable the Avatar" in the "set your avatar" window, click "Browse" to add the Avatar image to be replaced (2), and then set the speed for changing the Avatar below, so that you can enjoy the automatic replacement of the MSN Avatar for free.

Customize friend nickname

With the increase in MSN time, more and more friends will be added. Because some friends often change their nicknames, they will be unable to find friends or identify the wrong person. To solve this problem, qq allows you to change the nickname of a friend, but this function is never available in MSN. We can use the MSN shell plug-in to implement this function. Open the MSN shell option window, click the "Main Window/custom friend name" tab in sequence, and select the nickname of the friend name to be customized, enter the custom name (3) in the custom name text box. If you want to display the nickname of a friend, you only need to select the check box before "Show Original name after nickname. At the same time, this setting can be saved to the server, so that you can see the User-Defined friend name modified by friends wherever you go, so that you are no longer afraid of changing the nickname of friends.
