Of course, some schools sometimes do not have summer camps. For example, Nanjing University does not have summer camps this year, while some schools do not have summer camps, but such schools do not have special research projects or open day for teaching and research sections, it is actually a meaning. No matter whether you are a postgraduate student or beiyan, you are recommended to join the summer camp. It is recommended that you contact your tutor before applying for a summer camp so that you can discuss with him at the start of the camp. Therefore, it is necessary to review the professional courses and familiarize yourself with the projects you have done.

(2)6-8Month: Start (or interview)

The summer camps of most schools and research institutes are an interview process. For example, if some students attend the summer camp of Tongji University this year, they will interview for three days, candidates who pass the interview should issue a letter of admission (although national policies do not allow pre-admission, it is a matter for schools and the Ministry of Education. It has little to do with us and it is the best to get the letter of admission ). During the start of the camp, I would like to talk to my mentor about his willingness to receive you. I generally say "no problem", "welcome to join", and other words that contain positive words, the problem is not big. If you have not received the letter of admission and are not actively recognized by the tutor, do not be discouraged.

(3)8-9Month: Contact tutor, review professional courses, etc.

At this time, you must start to contact the tutor. If you can meet the tutor easily, you must receive a positive reply from the tutor. If the tutor does not reply to the email within one week, you must change the email. If you are in a hurry, you can call your office phone or send a text message directly if you do not return an email the next day (You are advised not to call your phone unless the tutor asks you to call your phone ). During this time, many colleges and universities are launching pre-admission work (the school claims that it is not called pre-admission, but it refers to early interview). You must pay attention to the official website information in a timely manner, including the interview time, interview content, English proficiency requirements, and admission ratio. You can contact several colleges or research institutes, generally 3-5, and plan the time by yourself. It should be stated that the professional courses must take time, especially for students who have not done any projects in the university.

You can simply follow the process. However, you must be reminded that you must report to a school with 100% confidence to prevent the other two from being flushed. Some colleges and universities are waiting for retests after the national day. If you are not sure, we suggest taking stability first. Of course, we encourage adventurous students to give it a try. It cannot be done without warranty, and you will not be killed. During this time, almost all colleges and universities have completed the admission process. Students who have received the offer can relax for the time being. If they have not received the offer from other schools, it is also good to report to the school.

Ii. Personal suggestions

When you apply for an exam, it should not be limited to colleges and universities. The major institutes of the Chinese Emy of sciences are also good, free of tuition fees. During the study period, there are still 1-2 k yuan worth of wages. There are many projects. When you study, you can attend classes in Beijing or mi, research 2 and 3 returned to various research institutes for projects or papers. 3. My path to R & D

My idea of reading and researching started from the winter vacation this year. I remember the words that I didn't read, and I was wasting time on reading and researching. Now, I am playing my own face, smile again. At first, I was preparing for my postgraduate entrance exam, but I found that there were too many things and I had to practice again. It was the kind of internship from morning till night. I did not have time to prepare for my postgraduate entrance exam. Before August, that is, before the new protection policy came out, I began to consider how to change this situation, so I had the first step-to participate in the summer camp. The idea at that time was very simple. If I wanted to prepare for a review in the next two months, I would not have to participate in the review. I did not expect that the policy had changed significantly, this makes it possible for you to save research. Next, let's talk about our own bumpy R & D experience. -_-#

During the period from July this year to October, he contacted many universities and research institutes, namely the National Defense University of Science and Technology (including the Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics and the Institute of Electronic Engineering) national Time Service Center of the Chinese Emy of sciences, Xi'an University of electronic science and technology, China University of Science and Technology, University of electronic science and technology, and Fudan University. Finally, the three universities are selected: National Defense University of Science and Technology, Fudan University, and Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology. 1National University of Defense Technology

"Military, Tsinghua" is a kind of institution that I always yearn for. I wanted to attend it as early as junior high school, but the College Entrance Examination failed and missed the opportunity. Now is the last time it was closest to me. At the last moment, I gave up on it and allowed me to share this difficult experience one by one. The nudt is used to represent this school. In February July this year, I applied for a summer school at the nudt Institute of Electronic Engineering. This is not a summer camp, but more like an Academic Exchange conference. The application process was quite fierce. More than three hundred people registered and recruited 80 students, apparently, I was so upset that I had to call their satellite navigation center and asked about the situation that this summer school was attended by professionals. Generally, I did not enroll junior students, but later I learned that 985 of junior students from huake and major schools attended the event, so I realized that it was very important to have a good "face. But it does not matter. I can bear it. In addition, another reason for choosing nudt is that baoyan does not occupy the number of places in the school. Therefore, I have been fighting for it. In my mind, I thought that the school would not allow others or the other party would not need others, during that time, the pressure was very high. Basically, we had to run every day.

During this period, I applied for a summer camp at the Chinese Emy of Sciences National Time Service Center. I spent about five days and met many friends in Xi'an. When I got back to school, I didn't give up. I went to the People's Hospital for a health check. If no problem exists, I immediately contacted nudt's mentor. the contact information of the military school mentor was not that easy to find, I checked my tutor's more than a dozen papers and found that one of them had his contact email address. I sent a self-recommendation letter with a try. I didn't expect my tutor to reply the next day, after talking over the phone, we have an appointment at the end of August.

For the first time, we were taken into the magnificent school gate of nudt, where almost all people were dressed in military uniforms, with sharp eyes like the Sentel and the CAPTCHA team, which gave us a very serious feeling. I first talked to a doctor for a long time and learned about the entire lab. Of course, there are still some problems in the system. I will not talk about it here. Then I met with my tutor. He was engaged in radar, and he spoke very well. He talked with him for about two hours. He focused on projects and professional knowledge at the undergraduate stage, for example, how to learn about Signals and Systems, how to build models, and how to understand a system and other general problems is not very detailed. According to my own ideas, the entire atmosphere is still very friendly, so there is no need to worry too much about it. I finally handed his materials to him, And the tutor also said that he would be willing to accept it if he could be qualified for the insurance research. Basically, if my tutor said this, he succeeded 80%, but I gave up the last 20% chance.

During my time at school, I sent an email to my tutor from nudt every week to report on the progress of my study. The school's R & D policy has not yet been released. My friends and I are worried that the school will try to trick us into trying to limit us. Therefore, we have considered corresponding solutions for every possibility, I have asked many school leaders about the situation. Now I think I did think too much. That is to say, 211 of college students who have not set up a graduate school cannot join the army, so I am entangled. I analyzed it from several aspects and gave up nudt:

1. I went to the military school to join the army. I also worked on technology. My master's degree was at least a professional technical associate lieutenant. During my postgraduate studies, I paid 4500 yuan a month, after graduation, it would be nice to assign it to the military research institute. However, if you do not join the army, that is to say, you will not be able to enjoy military treatment like ordinary local universities. Why don't you choose a school with higher expertise?

2. As a local student, there is a large area of people wearing military uniforms. I believe this gap still exists.

3. There is no network in the lab, and there are strict restrictions on entry and exit. Although it is a local student, it is still managed in the military mode (Why cannot the treatment be the same? T_t ).

There are still some problems in the system. I know a lot about this. If you want to send or take a postgraduate entrance exam to nudt, you can chat privately. By the way, the postgraduate entrance exam can join the army, and girls are favored by senior soldiers. Finally, I wrote a letter of apology to my tutor. He could understand it and encouraged me to give full play to my advantages. In this way, I gave up nudt and had no regrets. I am very grateful for the effort. The "military, Tsinghua" is not as mysterious as I imagined.

To sum up, nudt is definitely the first choice for students who want to join the army. However, there are limits on the route to take delivery. The nudt screening conditions are as follows: 1. school 2. score 3. english 4. kechuang or professional. Don't worry if you are not eligible for the research. This year, nudt has offered a place to compensate. If you are not qualified for the research, you can apply for a free trial. Unfortunately, the number of places to be compensated has not been assigned to our school, it may not be necessary next year, and the requirements for joining the army may be relaxed next year. 2Fudan University

Speaking of choosing Fudan University, it is also a coincidence that due to some unpleasant reasons and the backwardness in the design of semiconductors and integrated circuits in China, I set my professional goal in the direction of integrated circuits in September, we have screened a series of schools, such as Tsinghua, Peking University, Fudan, xidian, chengdian, and Dongda. Even in the north of China, we found that Fudan University was a leader in microelectronics design in China, I wrote a self-recommendation letter to a young expert from Fudan University. However, my tutor replied as follows:

In this case, the general tutor replied, indicating that he was still interested in receiving the review, but he could not guarantee that the review would pass. Because Fudan's review would take five professional courses, he asked me to actively prepare the review materials. Then I filled in the information in the online registration system. This system is more complex and strict, and requires two letters of recommendation from experts. Later, I sent an email asking my tutor for an interview. He recommended a school sister to answer questions. This school sister sent me a message from a 211 University last year to Fudan microelectronics, it is a small, cross-disciplinary one (similar to my situation). After analyzing my situation, I think there is a certain risk. Let me give it a try. Well, Fudan's retest was in October 17, and the risk increased sharply because other schools had already ended. If they could not pass Fudan's retest, they would be washed away. Therefore, I decided to give up Fudan.

3Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology

Well, you have to say that it is the best bet. This school is indeed the last university I chose. Non-985 colleges and universities cannot match the Yangtze River Delta in geographical location. Many people think that it is a loss to choose the West power. Actually, I think I am lucky. First of all, this school is the top five in the country, and it is also the National Integrated Circuit base. Reporting to the west electric integrated circuit is an accidental necessity. My motivation for reading and researching is very simple. What do I learn when the country lacks? In June this year, the State Council issued the "Outline for promoting the development of the National Integrated Circuit Industry", this is the action policy. Now it is the world of the Internet and software. The cost is high and low, while the semiconductor and IC industries in China are lagging behind, there are few job opportunities, and it is difficult to learn many things. If you don't pay attention to it, you will be overwhelmed, who are willing to join the trap? However, I chose this school and this school also chose me. The school named X has given me a glorious mission to do what I am interested in, do well and always be passionate.

This year, xidian's excellent research plan is quite a bug. Participating Insurance students will not have to participate in subsequent retests or written tests. Therefore, the excellent research plan is a benefit for us, and the interview will simply talk to the three interviewers. As long as it is not dumb, there will be no major problems, therefore, it is easy to get the letter of admission from xidian.

However, you must contact your tutor to send an admission notice. When it comes to contacting the tutor, the problem arises. I sent an email to the tutor for a week without answering the call. After half a day, I realized that my tutor had changed to the Office. Recently, I was busy. The following is my tutor's reply:

 

The mentor said this, that is, 90% of the success, and the remaining 10% is the year of the senior year. Don't take disciplinary measures, do a good job in graduation design, and do a good job in health check, of course, people must live, so security is the most important thing. Regardless of the number of students enrolled, my previous major was microelectronics and solid electronics, and I learned from students. Later I changed my major to the integrated circuit Engineering expert, saying that my students are full of students, after that, I have a place for students. I asked if I would like to change. My mentor was very kind and asked me to choose whatever I needed. In the end, I chose the specialized IC Engineering. In fact, it doesn't matter. There is no difference in the treatment and I don't want to read blogs, and I don't like to do my thesis.

4Other Colleges and Universities

The summer camp I attended was the time service center of the Chinese Emy of sciences. It was not a problem to go there, but this Research Institute was too small and it was too far away from the city of Xi'an. The review of the E-Science University was conducted in September 20, I did not know about this in September 18. Although I was notified of the retest, I did not prepare a test subject (model power and signal), and I was too lazy to fly back, I gave up the E-Science and Technology Department. As for the E-Science and Technology Department, I was notified to go to the interview on April 9, September 23. Although the E-Science and Technology Department is 985 colleges and universities, I personally do not feel as strong as the major of integrated circuits, in this case, you are not allowed to participate in the interview. This major is strong in East China and South China. It may be because you do not like the city of Nanjing very much ..

Iv. Conclusion

The entire research process is really memorable. The roles may include salesmen, intelligence analysts, psychological experts, auditors, etc. They may also be accompanied by frequent "business trips" and "bankruptcy ", however, it will be much easier to survive, at least without too much psychological pressure. The postgraduate entrance exam said that it was easy to save the research, but the efforts made in the past three years always paid off. It was just a few months that it was very painful. For those with excellent scores and six-level super-high scores, it may be okay. They feel relaxed and do not need to prepare too much.
