Some team leaders feel embarrassed to face the problem and are responsible for communicating with the soon-to-be-cut programmers. I asked him why he didn't go through this with HR? He told me that there had been a communication with HR, and the employee's negative feelings were very serious. He applied for arbitration and resigned for compensation. As the team lead and Development Manager are usually mixed up, many things can be solved in a human way to avoid these problems.

This is a common problem, which makes middle-level management very embarrassing. It is not a human inside or outside. I want to talk about some of my views.

What is the boss?

If you manage a team in a team, your role and responsibility have changed a lot. At this time, you are already the "boss" in your team. What is the boss? When there is a problem, I should first, if you have any problems, try to fight your responsibilities first and strive for the best interests of everyone in the team. I understand that this is the boss of a team. That's right. The boss looks like a boss. It's a bit difficult to understand! Since I am the boss of this team, I should do this. This is a change in my role. If, at this time, the brothers in my team are hard at work and have ideological problems, I'm sorry. First of all, you can't help me, you can't say you can't help the company, and people are mutually compatible.

As the starting point for the boss to think about the problem?

When my role is already the boss of a team, how can I think about the problem? In my opinion,To do things in an enterprise, the first starting point for anyone to do anything is that everything we do is based on the benefits brought to the Enterprise.. All judgments form a benchmark for action based on this consideration. Follow this logic to do things well. My own situation has come up, and the method of doing things has come out. If at this time, companies are willing to share with me the fruits of my work, and both sides will win. If a company leader thinks that the company is his own, and the profit is also his own, then I have the logic of this set of actions. This platform is not suitable for me, and I need to jump to other platforms. At this time, I am an independent individual. I don't need to rely on a specific platform. I only need to find a platform with the same values.

What should I do to my team members?

In addition to the first point, the boss must have an embodiment of Personality Charm. In addition to thinking about the problem in the second point, it is very important that everyone is a resource, my job is to properly arrange and monitor resources to achieve what I want. The starting point of all problems should be that all resources are unstable and I think they can be replaced. This is not in conflict with the first point. One is to be human, and the other is to do things. If I rely too much on someone, his departure is about to begin with a painful life for me or other colleagues. Some programmers will leave when they are unable to retain them, regardless of their practical difficulties. I am the boss and want to ensure the normal development of my work. For me, the most important thing is the standardization and consistency of all people at work. After he leaves, the replacement team and the rescue team lead can quickly solve the problem. Therefore, the people I need help me establish a relatively standardized process system. Everyone's departure is his choice. I want to ensure that his departure will not have a huge impact on others, after he left, the useful accumulation he had left turned into the company's wealth.

At the very beginning, I think the solution is: as the middle-and high-level management of the company, do not participate in specific personnel flow processing unless someone affects the interests of most people in my team. As the boss, I hope you will be friends in the future. Let HR do the job of downsizing. It's tricky for the guys to deal with people all day. If I don't have the right to speak and my boss hasn't bound my interests with my team, I am not involved in this matter. For me, I am the boss and I want to have a boss.

PS: I talked to another friend before. He said that sometimes when there is no project, I want everyone to have a rest, because when the project is busy, everyone worked very overtime.
