The following is a preliminary design of the training program for new graduates. We hope to share with you.

 

First of all, our company belongs to the communication industry and is mainly engaged in the development of communication equipment and communication services. The main development language is C.

Second, recent graduates are generally computer, electronics, and information graduates.

 

Purpose:

The transition from students to employees of the company has been improved in the following aspects:

1. Basic Communication Knowledge.

2. Our current product and business training.

3. Linux development environment Training and Development Tool training in Linux.

4. C language deep learning, improved programming capabilities, improved programming capabilities, and changed to standardized training.

6. Take over the original product code and perform maintenance.

 

Detailed training plan:

Training workers are divided into two major stages

1. The first stage is public training for R & D.

2. On-duty training for new employees.

 

Phase 1:

There are four stages: Communication Basic knowledge training, product knowledge training, software development process training, and programming capability training.

 

1. Basic Communication knowledge training

The main content includes PSTN, NGN, mobile network, IMS knowledge, and SIP protocol training.

2. product knowledge training

The main content includes the overall system architecture, functions of various network elements, and main business introduction.

3. Programming Skills and tool training

The main content includes programming specifications, Linux environment programming, GDB training, Linux development tools (memory detection, performance detection, etc.) training, deep C language learning, and program design capability training.

4. Software Development Process Training

Simulate the development of a project and use the above training knowledge in the project, including programming specifications, GDB, development tools, and basic function libraries.

 

In addition, this training strengthens the programming capability training.

1. Follow the sequence of C and pointer, C language traps and defects, and C expert programming to learn these basic technical books. The progress is as follows:

C and pointer-4-9 ~ 6-1 (about one chapter every three days) and take study notes.

C language traps and defects-6-2 ~ 7-2 (about one chapter every three days) and take study notes.

2. assign a small program question every day to complete different functions, such as file read/write, database operations, and socket communication. The basic library is required.

 

Phase 1:

On-duty product maintenance training. The instructor is responsible for the training content based on the product arrangement and the team lead is responsible for the evaluation. The goal is to enable employees to independently maintain the original products.
