One of the enterprise's internal IT Integration Series: System Architecture

There is an idea to integrate and summarize the daily it O & M, management, employee services, and other daily work in an enterprise. It is simple to say and complicated, because I have done it in my previous company. Although I haven't done it yet, I have a vision and hope to have a chance to implement it. Now I will show the feasible results first, this is mainly a PPT image written during the previous technical grading. Let's take a look.

Here is a rough explanation:

1: first, the entire enterprise IT unified management platform requires a login interface, or a web platform, so I use Sharepoint to do it. wfe01 and wfe02 are two NLB web pages in front of SharePoint, app01 and app02 are two SharePoint application servers, sql01 and sql02 are used as SharePoint database servers, and sql03 are used as SharePoint Report Server and Bi server.

2: Next, sql04, sql05, sql06, and sql07 are two large SQL database clusters, where the databases of SCCM, SCSM, scvmm, orchestrator, and scom are basically run, there is also a big bi data warehouse in the unified IT management system, and sql08 is a multi-instance Report Server, mainly running report.

3: cm is a SCCM server, SM is a SCSM server, OC is an Orchestrator Server, and vmm is a scvmm server. There are 10 host pools below to provide cloud services.

Current functions:

1: various functions of SharePoint: site of each department, site of each project, helpdesk Help Desk, workflow, mysite personal blog, etc.

2: Self Service: An employee self-service platform. This platform is mainly implemented through the SCSM self-service portal. For example, the daily O & M operations of O & M personnel are changed to Web operations and self-service application of employee services, for example, VPN, self-help application for WiFi permission, and automatic background activation.

3: Data Statistics and mining. To achieve automation, we naturally need to have a variety of detailed databases. For example, if we perform automatic switch ports on switches, we naturally need to have data on all switches, for example, management IP address, switch name, location, VLAN, etc.

To put it down, the operation is performed by the O & M personnel through the web interface, entering the employee's work station number to activate the network port, and the type of the opened network. For example, the work station number is no. 100 on the second floor, 2-100. The network type is the marketing department.

So first of all the system to the database check Market Department VLAN number is how much, and then check2-100 this station corresponds to which switch which port, if there is a problem with the data input, or the query fails, then, the email is terminated and an error message is returned. At present, an error cannot be directly returned on the SCSM self-help site. After necessary information is queried, perform security and compliance checks, because the company has some policy and environmental characteristics, such as 2-and 2-in one hub, 2-has already been divided into the VLAN of the Media Department. Obviously, 2-cannot be included in the VLAN of the Marketing Department. Similar checks will also be terminated, then, send an email to notify you of the cause of termination. If all the checks pass, the information will be assigned to the variable, generate the script TXT for Switch configuration, and then push it to the switch through SSH to complete the operation, that's simple.

Personnel Information is certainly available in every company, but is there personnel it information? For example, what is the IP address of this person? What is the computer's MAC address? What is the it permission? Where are you sitting? What is the current traffic?

I have built a real-time it information database. Although it cannot be 100% accurate, it is basically accurate.
