What problems does the project solve? What needs to meet?

Summarize questions, audiences, solutions, and innovations in a nutshell.
3. Solutions (solution)
How to solve the problem and what value it brings to the audience.
4. Target User (audience)
What is the user's crowd? Which people are important users? How do they evaluate the quality of a product or service?
5. Channel (Channels)
How to reach the target user? Where do they often appear? How do they find your product?
6. Key indicator (keys metrics)
How to measure decide a user has this problem need your product?
7. Innovation Point (differentiator)
What are the different points and innovations of your solution?
8. Revenue Model (Revenue)
What do you sell? How much do you sell?
9. Costs (cost)
What are the costs and activities required for operations? What resources do you need besides yourself?
10. Commercial Advantage (Business boosters)
What advantages do you have that no one else has? such as social relations, industry experience, special channels. How does your idea not be copied by others?
11. Personal Fitness (Personal fit)
Does this business model suit you? Are you going to lose interest later?
Figuring out how to answer these questions, and being able to convince yourself, is probably a more plausible business Plan. In addition, idea is not the most important thing, it is the fine execution day after day.
