ORA-01281: SCN range specified is invalid Error

When configuring Streams, if the streams process is configured first, users who do not need to transmit data are prone to ORA-01281: SCN range specified is invalid

Select * from dba_capture

We can see that

ORA-01281: SCN range specified is invalid

This is because the process of two-way database transmission is configured, and no database transmission user has been created. All reports that the scn is out of the range.

You can delete the Streams process on both ends of the database and reconfigure the process to solve the problem above.
