The default password expiration limit for Oracle 11G users is 180 days. If the user password is not modified for more than 180 days, the user cannot log on.
Available
SELECT * FROM dba_profiles WHERE profile = 'default' AND resource_name = 'password _ LIFE_TIME ';
Statement to query the password's validity period settings. The LIMIT field is the password's validity period.
When the password is about to expire or has expired, you can use:
Alter user Username identified by password;
Statement to modify the password. After the password is changed, the user can connect to the database normally.
Long-term correspondence can be achieved through:
Alter profile default limit PASSWORD_LIFE_TIME UNLIMITED

For database security considerations, it is not recommended to set the PASSWORD_LIFE_TIME value to UNLIMITED. We recommend that you modify the database user password periodically.
