In a Word2007 document, users can paste a table from a PowerPoint slide into a Word2007 document. Take PowerPoint2007 as an example, the following steps are described:
Step 1th, open the PowerPoint2007 slide window and select the table you want to paste into the Word2007 document. Click the Copy button in the Clipboard group in the Start Ribbon, as shown in Figure 2009021421.

Step 2nd, open the Word2007 document window and position the mouse cursor where you want to paste the PowerPoint2007 table. Click the Paste button in the Clipboard group in the Start Ribbon, as shown in Figure 2009021422.

In step 3rd, the PowerPoint table will be pasted into the Word2007 document, whose table size fills the page's available area based on the page setup. Click the Paste Options button, and the user can select the Keep source format, match destination format, or set default paste option to determine the format of the pasted PowerPoint table, as shown in Figure 2009021423.
