Create a new document with a white background and a new layer, set the foreground color to black, and select the line tool

Hold down SHIFT and draw a 45-degree straight line.

Load layer 1 into the selection and press Ctrl+t to display the transform box. And move the center point to the position shown in the figure.

Enter 15 in the Angle box to determine the carriage return.

Press and hold shift+alt+ctrl+t rotation to copy as shown:

New Layer 2, pull out the radial gradient of the rainbow, and press ALT to create the clipping mask between Layer 2 and Layer 1. The central position of the two-storey.
