Photoshop creates a simple personality flame wing

This paper introduces a method of making simple wings. The wings can be roughly divided into two parts, the edge of the feather and the flame in the middle. 2, create a new 1024 * 768 pixel file, background filled with black. Create a new group, create a new layer in the group, and make the edge feathers first.
