Step 1:
Open the damask modern pattern and set the foreground color to # a9834f.
-Go to Image-> Adjust-> Hue/Saturation, or press CTRL + U, and then change the values as shown in the figure below.
-After you finish, go to edit-> Define the pattern and enter the name "background pattern".
Step 2:
-Open a new file (1280 * 1024 pixels), set foreground color to # e5636f, background color to #970214, then create a radial gradient, click the center of the document and drag to one of the corners.
-double-click the layer and apply a pattern overlay. Change the blending mode to linear deepen, opacity to 50%, select the pattern you just defined (background pattern).
The background should be this way.
-Open the texture-cracked wall image and drag it over the background layer to change its blending mode to soft light. This will create a nice background effect.
Step 3:
Now, we're going to create a lace brush. Create a new document, about 270 * 270 pixels, using a custom shape tool. Click Polygon Options in the Options bar, select the slider in the pop-up menu, star, check the smooth indent, indent the edge enter 10%. Meanwhile, the number of sides is entered at 12.
Draw the shape so that it fits the file and make sure it's colored black.
-Using the Ellipse tool, click the path in the options bar. Press the drawing a circular path. No need to be very precise.
