You can also show or hide the Toolbox by selecting Window > Tools. We see a small arrow in the lower right corner of the tool's location, if so, indicating that there are multiple tools sharing this location, to see all the tools in a toolbox location, move the mouse pointer to the location of the toolbox and hold down the mouse button; To select one of the tools, move the mouse over the tool , click the tool to select it. When you release the mouse, the tool appears on the Toolbox.
If you rest your mouse pointer on a tool for a few seconds, an information bar appears showing its name and using the keyboard to select the letter key that it needs to press (if you want to turn off this prompt, select Edit ︱ Preferences ︱ General, and then turn off the show ToolTips option). You can select the tool in the Toolbox by pressing the shortcut key. To select a tool to share the toolbox location with other tools, just press the SHIFT key while pressing the shortcut key for the tool. For example, press SHIFT-M to select a different selection tool and press Shift-p to select a different pen tool.
