The final effect of the Photoshop tutorial

1, open Photoshop, execute the "file-new" command, create a new 400x400 pixel file, and named "Water Droplets", as shown in the following figure.

2. Set the foreground color to #0580ac, and set the background color to white. In the toolbox, select the Gradient tool, and the effect is shown in the following illustration, from sitting down on the screen to a linear gradient from the foreground to the background color.

3, click on the layer palette under the "Create a new Layer" button, a new layer, and named "Water droplets." Select the elliptical marquee tool to draw a round selection as shown in the following figure.

4, set the foreground color to #0a93bd, press "Alt+del" key to fill the selection, the effect is shown in the following figure. (Lin Xi: At this point, do not cancel the selection, later also useful)
